Project title: Attribute based Methods to Enforce Security and Privacy in E-health Solutions
Project description: In the last few decades, with the development of Information and Technology, there has been a significant interest in integrating technology into healthcare practices. This new paradigm allows provisioning healthcare services at an affordable price to its consumers. However, there have been questions raised on the security of the sensitive information such as health records as well as the privacy of involving parties which had hindered the widespread deployment. Thus, the main objective of this Ph.D. study is to develop privacy preserved novel e-health solutions which can enforce the intended security and privacy requirements using attribute based methods and other cryptographic primitives.
