Project title: Post-quantum zk-SNARKs
Project description: My project will be focused on protocol design, mainly around zk-SNARKs. zk-SNARKs are short arguments which can show that someone has some private knowledge without revealing what they know. zk-SNARKs have lately found use in e-voting, verifiable computation and cryptocurrency. My project will be about finding useful usecases and create efficient protocols using zk-SNARKs. Since the standard constructions of zk-SNARKs will be broken by quantum computers, my project also consists of trying to find an approach to zk-SNARKs based on post-quantum constructions.
