Project title: Cyberpower praxis: a study of how to improve understanding and governance in the cyber domain
Project description: This research looks closely at the education and training of military cyber professionals. When faced with the challenges of governing themselves, technology and others, across multiple domains, cyber professionals need the right soft skills and capacities to operate with expertise. This presents novel challenges for educators charged with developing agile cyber professionals capable of performing in a chaoplexic landscape of hierarchies, and cyber-physical systems shaped by cyberpower affects. The research is theoretical and applied, with qualitative and quantitative data gathered from observations and experiments at the Norwegian Defence Cyber Academy.
