Project title: Investigative quality in digital forensics
Project description: Any event that takes place in a society permeated with digital technology is bound to leave behind electronically stored data. This data can be valuable as evidence in criminal investigations. But how can digital forensics best be applied to an investigation? Through qualitative and quantitative studies, this project seeks to enable specialists, investigators, lawyers and others to employ digital forensic methods, tools and knowledge to obtain and utilise quality information, and to discover the truth.
