Project title: Cybersecurity, Safety, and Resilience of Smart Cities
Project description: One key challenge of smart city is cybersecurity. The interconnected feature of smart city means a single vulnerability that could greatly affect all citizens’ security and safety. As smart cities get smarter and interconnected, they are more vulnerable to attack, which could expand the landscape of potential security threats. The purpose of this research aims to contribute to the analysis of issues on critical application and infrastructure of smart city, through a combination of cybersecurity, safety, and resilience analyses.
