Project title: Secure and Privacy Preserving Biometrics for Transaction Authentication
Project description: With biometrics enabled smartphones we are seeing a huge growth in applications where biometrics are used. One emerging area is mobile and online banking. By incorporating biometrics the extent of fraudulent transactions can be reduced while also making the authentication process more convenient for users.

The aim of the project is to use biometrics for authentication of transactions in online banking. Expanding on existing techniques in template protection and biometric fusion will allow us to develop secure and privacy preserving protocols.
